Optimum Overseas Consultants is a private education and visa consultancy. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, authorised by or acting on behalf of any embassy, high commission, consulate, immigration department or visa application centre. Visa application forms are available free of charge from official government websites, and official government fees are paid to the authority concerned.

No guarantee of visa, admission or job

Decisions on visas, permits, admissions and scholarships are made solely by the relevant authorities and institutions. Our advice and documentation support improve the quality of your application but cannot guarantee any result. Be careful of anyone who guarantees a visa or asks for payment to “influence” an embassy — no genuine consultant can do this.

Overseas jobs and recruitment

We do not sell jobs or charge fees to “arrange” overseas employment. Under the Emigration Act, 1983, only recruiting agents registered with the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, may recruit Indian workers for jobs abroad.
